- Technical Failures: If a match is disrupted due to server-side technical issues on JeetoPlay's end, affecting gameplay or result submission
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a deposit was made without your authorization (requires verification)
- Duplicate Charges: If the same deposit was charged multiple times due to a payment gateway error
- Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled by mutual consent before gameplay starts, entry fees are refunded to Deposit Balance
- Opponent No-Show: If your matched opponent fails to share room credentials or join the game, your entry fee is refunded
- Admin-Cancelled Matches: If an admin cancels a disputed match where evidence is inconclusive, both players receive a full refund
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
❌ Refunds Are NOT Applicable For:
- Lost Matches: Entry fees for matches you've lost are not refundable, as the outcome was determined by skill
- Used Deposits: Money already used to join tournaments or Ludo battles
- Voluntary Forfeit: If you abandon or disconnect from an active match by choice
- Rule Violations: If your account is terminated due to fraud, multi-accounting, or violating our Terms of Service
- Referral Bonuses: Bonuses earned through the referral program are non-refundable
- Withdrawal Reversals: Completed withdrawals cannot be reversed or refunded
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Most refunds are credited to your Deposit Balance instantly upon approval. If a refund to your original payment method is required, bank processing may take 5-7 business days.
5. Disputes Involving Refunds
In cases where a match result is disputed:
- If the admin resolves the dispute in your favour, you receive the full winnings
- If the admin finds the dispute inconclusive, both players may receive a refund of their entry fees
- If you are found to have submitted false evidence, no refund will be issued and your account may be penalized
