Terms of Service
Welcome to JeetoPlay. By accessing or using our mobile application and website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Eligibility
To use JeetoPlay, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of India
- Not reside in a restricted state (see below)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
⚠️ Restricted States: Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. Users from these states are prohibited from playing cash games.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- One account per person — multi-accounting is strictly prohibited
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must not share your account or allow anyone else to access it
- JeetoPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
3. Skill-Based Gaming
JeetoPlay is a skill-based gaming platform. The outcome of games on our platform depends on the skill, knowledge, and experience of the players. JeetoPlay is not a gambling platform. All games offered on this platform require substantial skill to win.
4. Deposits & Wallet
- Deposits are made via UPI and credited instantly to your Deposit Balance
- Deposit Balance can be used to join matches and tournaments
- Deposits are non-refundable once used for match entry (see our Refund Policy)
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply as configured by the platform
5. Winnings & Withdrawals
- Match winnings are credited to your Winning Balance
- Withdrawals are processed to your registered UPI ID within 24 hours
- A platform commission (typically 5-10%) is deducted from the prize pool
- JeetoPlay reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation
- Users are solely responsible for reporting their winnings for tax purposes as per applicable Indian laws
6. Gameplay Rules
General Rules:
- All players must submit their results honestly after each match
- Screenshot proof is mandatory for WON and DISPUTE results
- Results must be submitted within 2 hours after the match begins
- Failure to submit results may result in penalties or forfeiture
Ludo Battles:
- Room codes must be shared within 15 minutes of pairing
- Quick Mode and 5-6 player modes are prohibited
- Both players must play the same agreed game mode
- Falsely claiming victory will result in penalties and potential account suspension
eSports Tournaments:
- Players must join the match room using the credentials provided
- Results are based on in-game performance (kills, position)
- Teaming with opponents or match-fixing is grounds for permanent ban
7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes are reviewed by our admin team within 24 hours
- Both players must submit screenshot proof for fair resolution
- Admin decisions are final and binding
- If both players dispute simultaneously, the match is auto-cancelled with full refunds
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
- Colluding with other players to manipulate results
- Submitting fraudulent results or screenshots
- Abusing the referral system with fake accounts
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff
- Money laundering or other illegal financial activities
9. Referral Program
- Users can invite friends using their unique referral code
- Referral rewards are credited after the referred user completes 3 games
- Maximum 5 referrals per day per user
- Self-referrals and fake account referrals are prohibited and punishable
10. Intellectual Property
All content on JeetoPlay, including but not limited to logos, branding, code, design, and text, is the property of JeetoPlay and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
JeetoPlay shall not be liable for:
- Any losses incurred during gameplay (as games involve financial risk)
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, server issues, or force majeure
- Actions of third parties including payment processors
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any unused Deposit Balance (not used in matches) may be refunded at our discretion.
13. Modifications
JeetoPlay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
